No Return & No Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, Vasutam does not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been placed and delivered.

All purchases made on https://vasutam.co.in are final and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Product (Limited Exception)

We may offer a replacement only (no refund) in rare cases where:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is leaking

  • The wrong product has been delivered

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label must be shared

  • Claims after 24 hours will not be accepted

  • Replacement approval is at the sole discretion of Vasutam

Non-Eligible Cases

No refund or replacement will be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Taste or personal preference

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only before shipping

  • Once shipped, no cancellation or refund will be processed
