What Makes Bilona Ghee Truly Pure?

The Bilona process begins with curd made from fresh cow’s milk, which is slowly hand-churned using a wooden bilona (churner). This separates the butter naturally, which is then simmered on a low flame to create ghee rich in aroma, taste, and nutrients.
